My Story:
I reside in the beautiful, San Fransico Bay Area with my two sons, Julian 19yrs. and Brendan 16yrs.
Julian just finished his first year of college. He's a talented musician, who plays the saxaphone and loves to play Jazz. He has perfomed several times at the famous Yoshi's Jazz club and Restaurant in Oakland,CA.
Brendan is a Junior and also plays the saxaphone He too, has performed at Yoshi's. However, Brendan's love is sports. He plays for Skyline High School's Varsity Football Team. He also enjoys playing Basketball,and Baseball.I am very proud of both of these guys. As a single parent it wasn't always easy, and I always managed to get through the challenges.
I have spread my wings by creating my own website and look forward to learning how to optimize it.
I grew up in Wisconsin and came from a family of nine children. Five girls and four boys, I'm the youngest. It definetly kept me on my toes. The holidays were always the best.
I moved to California in 1985, met my husband at that time and started a family. I was working as a massage therapist when my marriage ended. I stayed with that while I put myself through college. I graduated in 2003 from Saint Mary's College with a BA in business management.
Since then I have sold custom window covering, obtained my real estate licence and tinkered in that for a short time deciding it wasn't what I really wanted to do. I think now I'm getting warmer in the area of what do I want to do when I grow up.
This forum has been a life saver it has brought much needed comfort when I have felt very alone. I look forward to making a lot of new friends here.
